Who else touches your data.
Your Agency HUB runs on our own servers in Austria, and every tenant has its own database. Some features hand work to specialists, and a few of those are outside the EU. Rather than claim otherwise, here is the whole list. It forms part of the data-processing agreement you sign with your subscription.
Infrastructure
Always involved. This is where your workspace and its files actually live.

AI generation
Involved when you generate something. Prompts, reference images and brand material reach the provider you generate with. Bring your own API key and the traffic goes out under your account instead of ours.

Transfers outside the EU
Providers marked outside the EU are engaged on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses, or on an adequacy decision where one applies. If you would rather keep AI generation inside the EU, use the providers marked EU and leave the others switched off; the product works without them.
